The School of Computing and Information Systems of the University of Melbourne invites you to join the 2023 Future Interfaces Showcase.
The exhibition will feature over 50 projects that together paint a picture of the future of interactive devices. This year, students in the “Designing Novel Interactions” and “Advanced Interface Prototyping” subjects will showcase projects designed to address the following briefs:
“Design a novel interactive wearable device for citizens to interact with a smart city to enable a sustainable future”
“Design and prototype a new VR controller that offers higher haptic resolution than existing, commercially available controllers”
The event will take place at The Forum, Melbourne Connect, Superfloor, on the 5th of June and will run from 5pm to 8pm. Come along, grab a bite to eat and a drink, and look at some great student work.
