Morning Yoga
Welcome to your morning yoga session hosted by Melbourne University Sport.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month in October, Melbourne Connect is offering some additional support to the community with this chance to relax, unwind and be in the present moment.
This session is designed to get your morning started in the right way with your body moving and your blood flowing. With beginners in mind and no experience required, the session will feature slow-paced restorative yoga incorporating holds in supported poses, for a supple body and centred, calm mind. How could you possibly start your day any better?!
