Melbourne School of Health Sciences: Supporting Young Women and Girls with a Healthy Start to Life

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are delighted to invite you to an event hosted by the MSHS Healthy Start to Life Research Hub.

This in-person event will feature a guest presentation by leading author, educator, podcaster, TEDx speaker, and parenting counsellor Lael Stone , followed by a panel discussion with some of our own expert researchers from MSHS, Professor Angela Morgan (Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology), Professor Alicia Spittle (Department of Physiotherapy), and Dr Kath Sellick (Department of Social Work).

This event will provide an important opportunity for MSHS researchers, alumni and external stakeholders to come together and celebrate the wonderful child health research being conducted across MSHS as we work to grow research opportunities and collaborations on campus.

Please join us for refreshments and an opportunity chat with colleagues before formalities begin at 10am with our guest presentation by Lael and a panel discussion.
