Lunch and Learn - Fitness Fundamentals
The Melbourne Connect Healthy Living Action Plan sets health and wellbeing goals and actions to benefit and support the precinct community.
Along with the new year comes new health goals, and the adjustment to life after lockdown brings with it social temptations and changes to routine that can make fitness more difficult.
Our first in-person Lunch & Learn Exercise: Is it everything it’s hyped up to be? sees us joined by MU Sport Fitness Services Manager Alex Affleck, who will give some much needed tips from his 35 years working in the fitness industry on how to make your exercise experience a success.

Speaker Bio – Alex Affleck
With over 35 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Centre Manager Alex has witnessed (and experienced) exercise success and failure many times. During this talk he will share his tips and advice to help you make your exercise experience a success.
