Can lifelong learning help our brains stay more youthful and flexible?

Social and mental health wellbeing are critical issues impacting our communities right now. In this educational and interactive event, Laneway Learning will take participants on an exploration of brain health, with a focus on the benefits of lifelong education.

Following the discussion, a mini-workshop will share the benefits of creative learning, through a range of hands-on activities such as drawing, creative writing and journaling, marvellous macrame, indoor plant care and more.
