Class two: Tuesday 28 February – Pilates with Jennifer Li

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Need to bring: Water bottle, towel and your own yoga mat.

Please secure your spot by registering for the class, but hurry as places are limited.
