Tuesday 7 March – Body Balance with Katherine D

Body Balance is a new-generation yoga class that will improve your mind, body and being. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and learn elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to an inspiring soundtrack.

Need to bring: Water bottle, towel and your own yoga mat.

Please secure your spot by registering to the class but hurry as places are limited.
