The Contemplative Studies Centre (CSC) welcomes you to a special Town Hall event. We will inform the University of Melbourne and surrounding communities about the Centre and highlight opportunities we have to work together. Our program will feature the launch of our Seed Funding Program, we will inform staff about our Reference Group and announce the outcomes of our staff and student survey.

The CSC is the first point of entry into the world of mindfulness, meditation and contemplative practice at the University of Melbourne. We engage in ground-breaking research, innovative educational offerings and a world-class engagement series. We also offer an opportunity for authentic practice, guided sessions and a place for inter-faith and wisdom discussions.

We invite all University of Melbourne staff and students, community groups, organisations and interest groups to attend. This event is open to the public.

If you are interested in the Seed Funding Program but cannot attend this session, please note that we will be running a series of roadshows in the future.

Program

Please feel free to join any session that interests you; however, please account for the fact that timing might be running fast or slow. You are also welcome to attend an optional 30-minute Q&A session on our Seed Funding Program.
