CHI Melbourne 2022 is a SIGCHI Melbourne event where Melbourne-based HCI researchers will “(re)present” their CHI 2022 papers to their Melbourne-based colleagues (i.e. HCI researchers at Monash, Melbourne, RMIT, Deakin, Swinburne, La Trobe, Victoria etc) and HCI and design practitioners from the Melbourne design and digital industries.
CHI Melbourne 2022:
- is single track
- is in-person only (no virtual option)
- is free (no registration fee, just turn up)
- will allow significantly more time for curated discussion (15 mins per paper)
CHI Melbourne is an opportunity to listen and discuss what everyone has been doing and/or make some new (local) connections within the HCI community. The event is happening on the “Launch Pad” of the Superfloor in Melbourne Connect — The University of Melbourne’s snazzy new “place where incredible futures emerge”
