Join ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects’ Health Partners Cath Muhlebach and Justin Littlefield and Interior Designer Stephanie Clarke as they co-present at the Australian Health Design Council’s Australasian Conference 2022 - Breaking Down the Silos.

Their 45-minute presentation will explore how key recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System is changing the way we design for mental health, and the challenges and opportunities of adapting design strategies, processes and communication methods to co-design successfully with people with lived experience of mental illness and the clinicians supporting them. The team is currently delivering some of the first mental health facilities designed in response to the Royal Commission’s recommendations.

The Australasian Health Design Conference 2022 is a new and exciting opportunity organised by the Australian Health Design Council in collaboration with the New Zealand Health Design Council. Breaking Down the Silos The conference theme aims to explore how health design professionals; including architects, health planners, hospital representatives, clinicians, engineers, service providers, and researchers can unlock a wealth of collective knowledge and allow excellence in design to flourish.
