In June 2020 we hit another Melbourne Connect milestone with the facade completion! See our sustainable design rise from the ground through this time-lapse video, as the precinct continues to make its mark in Carlton, one of Melbourne’s most iconic neighbourhoods.

Unique sustainably designed facade comes to life - view from Swanston Street. It reduces heat load, optimised through computer generated simulations. The geometry of the façade panels provide shade over themselves and each other depending on the angle of the sun during the day.
