The initial phase of our collaboration is all about gaining insight into the future you’re working to create or the problem you’d like to solve. During this fixed-term phase we’ll conduct preliminary research and facilitate a number of workshops.
After we’ve unpacked your vision, we’ll provide insights that map the gaps — i.e. identify the research, tools, and expertise needed to bring your vision to life. We’ll also highlight opportunities for collaboration and research outputs.
We’ll then create a roadmap centred around clinically important outcomes that contains a top-level strategy for approaching the work, suggested actions, and different options for how we can help implement the plan.
Finally, we can help you increase your chances of financing your project by identifying suitable funding mechanisms, ensuring the roadmap is tailored to the necessary requirements of regulators and payers.
